Values

What I believe in

Freedom

I place great importance on being allowed to have my personal thoughts and take on things, as well as freedom of speech. I hate being constrained by certain rules that stops me from being who I am or causes me to go against my beliefs.

Self-Respect

I understand my own self-worth and will never purposely put myself down infront of others or conform to peer pressure. I believe only having self-respect can you treat others with dignity and respect.

Happiness

I believe that what is most important is to live in the present, rather than worry for the future. I won't fret over what may happen in the future and just ensure that in the present, I am content with what I have. After all, you can't turn back time.

Personality:

The Debater: ENTP-T

Charismatic & Energetic

People with the Debater personality type have a way with words and wit that others find intriguing. Their confidence, quick thought and ability to connect disparate ideas in novel ways create a style of communication that is charming, even entertaining, and informative at the same time. When given a chance to combine these traits to examine an interesting problem, Debaters can be truly impressive in their enthusiasm and energy, having no qualms with putting in long days and nights to find a solution.

Knowledgable & Quick Thinker

Debaters rarely pass up a good opportunity to learn something new, especially abstract concepts. This information isn’t usually absorbed for any planned purpose as with dedicated studying, people with the Debater personality type just find it fascinating. Debaters have tremendously flexible minds, and are able to shift from idea to idea without effort, drawing on their accumulated knowledge to prove their points, or their opponents’, as they see fit.

Hard to focus

The same flex ibility that allows Debaters to come up with such original plans and ideas makes them readapt perfectly good ones far too often, or to even drop them entirely as the initial excitement wanes and newer thoughts come along. Boredom comes too easily for Debaters, and fresh thoughts are the solution, though not always a helpful one.

My Interests

my favourite books

Reading

I love reading, and it's my favourite past time to do since kindergarten. To cast away the real world and escape into a world of fantasy, be it full of demons and blood or magic and swords, it is a great way to escape from reality. I personally love reading as I am able to turn the events in the book into a little movie running in my head, which entertains me to no end.

The covers on the left are some examples of my favourite books. From left to right, it is the 'Throne of Glass' series and the 'Court of Thorns and Roses', both by Sarah J. Maas, and a original chinese novel 'Heaven's Official Blessing' by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu.

My Graphic Design examples

Graphic design

Ever since I started to like K-pop, I fell in love with going into fan-cafes where fans made merchandise to distribute to the fans of the same group. I loved the graphic designs that they did, and that was when I began on my graphic design journey. Currently, I do graphic design on my free time, both for a society I am in and also for kpop fanclubs in Singapore.

On the left are some examples of my previous designs for fancafe events.

Gaming

Gaming has been a big part of my life, starting since the tender age of 5. From having near 1000 hours on Team Fortress 2, to Minecraft, Overwatch and now to Valorant, gaming has always been a favourite hobby of mine outside of school. I made plenty of friends through gaming, where even some of the friendships made online lasted longer than some of my real life friendships (which is quite sad, I know).
